Where they are with change, the tension they're holding, the momentum in their language, the themes that keep resurfacing, what they committed to, and the question worth probing next time.
You never write a word of it. You coach, and the page keeps itself current, the whole arc of the work always in reach.
The Pre-Session Brief
Minutes before a call, everything you need for this hour is waiting: the one thing to lead with, an opening question in your client's own words, and a suggested shape for the session, every item traced back to why it's there.
It already knows what happened since you last met, because the check-ins feed straight in: what they did, where they're stuck, what they said they want to raise today. You never walk into a session unprepared again.
The Client Report
After each session, a beautifully designed report in your voice, ready to send: the thread to carry, the steps they agreed to in their own words, the lines worth keeping set large, and questions to sit with until you meet again.

Every portal is password-protected by default: a password CoachAlly generates, so there is nothing for you to set up. Turning it off is a choice you make on purpose. Their first name only, by design. When a report is ready, your client gets a short notification pointing them to their portal, never the report itself and never a key that could open it. Three sessions is enough for their story page to get deep, the patterns to surface, and each report to land noticeably truer.
Do I need to record my sessions?+
Yes, that's the one thing CoachAlly runs on: the session transcript, just the text, not the video or audio. If you already record (most coaches on Zoom can switch on transcription, or use a notetaker), you're ready today. How does CoachAlly learn my voice?+
It reads your side of every transcript: the rhythm, the tone, the turns of phrase you could never write down or brief someone else to copy. It starts session by session, learning how you speak with each client, and reports voice themselves from that. The voice that carries across clients and into your content unlocks once it has heard you with a few different people: it averages across relationships on purpose, so it captures you rather than the way you talk to any one person. Give it a few clients' worth of you, and you'll recognise the output as yours because, mathematically, it is.

From that, CoachAlly proposes your brand archetype with your own words as evidence, and you confirm it or correct it. From then on it evolves with you: patterns noticed in your sessions arrive as moments you confirm, reframe in your own words, or let go. Your brand stays yours; CoachAlly keeps it in focus.
Is my clients' data safe?+
This is built for real client sessions, so the privacy status matters. You own everything you upload and everything CoachAlly builds from it, and your clients' words are not used to train shared AI models. The intelligence runs on Anthropic's Claude, and our contract with Anthropic bars them from training their models on your data. Nameless Architecture is a three-layer programme: names of other people mentioned in a session are scrubbed before the transcript is stored, internal client tokens carry the AI and database paths, and the encrypted name Vault holds client names under a key the coach controls. If a transcript can't be cleaned with confidence, it is refused rather than stored. The Security & Data page explains processors, legal-disclosure boundaries, and the current limits.
Why pay for this instead of just using ChatGPT?+

First: ChatGPT and Claude are tools for everything, which means you are the system: you feed in the right context, apply the frameworks, lead every conversation, and keep it all organised, every time. A session-level read across a 34-dimension coaching ontology, then a second pass over every individual exchange, scored against a 46-move coaching taxonomy. Findings land in an append-only evidence log with Bayesian confidence updating, and every belief the system holds carries a receipt: the exact words, at the exact turn, that earned it. Your practice signature comes from lag-sequential analysis, the same statistics used in published interaction research, and nothing is called a strength until it shows real effect size, statistical significance, and corroboration across separate clients. Your voice is an 8-dimension stylometric model, monitored for drift with Bayesian changepoint detection as you evolve. And the system deliberately caps its own confidence: text alone can never justify certainty, so it never claims it. The full dimension lists, taxonomies, and thresholds are the part we keep to ourselves.
Is this AI coaching my clients instead of me?+
No, and the boundary is structural, not a promise. Everything CoachAlly surfaces was created by you in the session: your questions and your insight opened those threads; the system just refuses to let them evaporate afterwards. Every read it offers points back to your client's own words, is marked with how confident it is, and is proposed to you to confirm, edit, or reject. Nothing reaches a client except through your hands, and the AI never holds the relationship. The AI never outranks the coach.
Do my clients need to install anything?+
Nothing. Reports and the portal are links: your client taps and reads, no login, no app, on any phone. Check-ins are optional and off until you turn them on; if you do, your client connects once on Telegram and replies with a voice note whenever it suits them. Everything a client ever receives goes through your hands first.
Do you work with group coaching?+
Yes. Drop in one recording of a group session, and every member gets their own private page and their own report, built just from what mattered to them. Members are never named or quoted in each other's reports: one recording in, and each person's insights stay theirs alone. Retreats and multi-day group intensives work the same way, and cross-participant quoting stays off by default — each member sees only their own words.
What if I already use a coaching method I love?+
CoachAlly is trained on more than 20 coaching and therapeutic frameworks. When it reads your sessions it picks up the ones you actually use and shapes your reports around your style. If you blend two or three, it shapes around the blend. You don't pick a framework. It follows the one you already coach in.
How do I know the output is right?+
CoachAlly is built to stay grounded in what was actually said: its findings point back to your client's own words, and it tags how confident it is rather than presenting a guess as fact. With thin material it leans cautious and grows more certain as the evidence builds. Anything that would reach a client passes a safety check first. The point is an ally you can trust, not a confident stranger guessing.
Do I need a website, an audience, or tech skills?+
No. If you're coaching and your sessions get transcribed, you have everything you need to start. CoachAlly sits on top of the tools you already use: it doesn't ask you to migrate or rebuild anything. You stay in the coaching role.
What if I cancel?+
You will lose access to the platform at the end of your final billing period. Up until then, you and your clients can save offline any reports you still want to keep.
Why $49 / month? Is it going up?+
$49/month is the founding rate, locked for the first 50 founding coaches for as long as your subscription stays active. It starts with a 30-day free trial. The standard plan this maps to is $129/month, so the founding seat is the same product at less than half price, permanently, because you were early. When the 50 seats are gone, they're gone: the founding cohort closes and never reopens. Pasting or uploading your own sessions is included in the $49. If you'd rather have a recorder capture and send sessions automatically, that's a separate tool from another company, typically around $16/month on top — so the honest total for the automatic pipeline is about $65/month.
Starting with 25 clients and a decade of transcripts?+
You don't run the corridor 25 times in one sitting, and you shouldn't try to. Bring your one to three most active clients first — three sessions each is enough for a client's story to get deep and their reports to sound like you. That's a real month-one outcome: two or three clients live, briefs working, voice starting to land. From there, add the rest of your roster over the following weeks, a client or two at a time, whenever you have twenty minutes free. There's no bulk import today, so this is genuinely gradual work — we'd rather tell you that now than have you discover it on day one. A decade of history is worth building into over a few weeks. It's not a reason to wait to start.
